Come be part of an intensive Musical Theatre production class each semester where everyone is guaranteed to be cast in the end of semester Musical! Learn All aspects of a Musical from Acting to Music and even Dance. No experience is necessary. Come and Perform with us!
SPRING 2024
Rock of Ages: Youth Edition is a rockin' Broadway musical: a boy-meets-girl classic story set to an exciting and fun 80s rock soundtrack. What could be better? Set on L.A.'s famous Sunset Strip in 1987, Rock of Ages tells the story of Drew, a city boy from South Detroit, and Sherrie, a small-town girl, who have both travelled to L.A. to chase their dreams of making it big and falling in love. This classic love story is set against the troubles at the Dupree Room, a “legendary temple of rock 'n' roll excellence” under threat by developers of being torn down and replaced with a strip mall. The threats of closure bring legendary rocker Stacee Jaxx to town, and an opportunity for Drew to chase his dream to rock out with the best.
Trouble brews as Drew abandons Sherrie for his dream of stardom, rock 'n' roll bad boy Stacee lures Sherrie away, and the Dupree Room is surrendered to developers. Can Drew and Sherrie rescue their love? And can the Dupree Room be saved before it's too late?

- Please Enroll in the Class online by clicking here.
- All kids auditioning need to prepare an upbeat, 80’s pop/rock song in the style of the show ROCK OF AGES. The kids will stay for the whole duration of time (5-7pm) and we will audition their songs and hopefully have time to do a dance call and any necessary Callbacks for specific roles.
- You will sing one song of your choosing. Please bring an accompaniment/karaoke track to sign with.

Class Schedule:
- This semester will meet on MONDAYS from 5:00-7:00pm beginning January 2024
**We always give you a rehearsal schedule with the dates and times at the auditions so there isn’t any confusion.
Cost:
- $140 a month for 4 months (Fall: August-November & Spring: January-April)
- The First and Last month payment is due either January 31st or August 31st depending on the semester.
- One-time $25 Enrollment Fee
The January/August Tuition includes all production fees: performance licensing, technical costs (lights, sound, sets, prop, costumes), Script, Rehearsal CD/Online Link, & 2 Complimentary Tickets.
*This does not include show t-shirt if we choose to do one, production dvd, costume base, and make-up.
